2017 Gixxer Changes
- Both the 2017 Gixxer and faired Gixxer SF become BS4 compliant.
- Impact of this conversion on power and torque is not known but we have put in a request with Suzuki to share the updated specs.
- They also get AHO (automatic headlight on) as standard.
- All the motorcycle variants receive new decals and minor graphic changes

2017 Gixxer Rear Disc
New Gixxer with rear disc brake is available in three colours – Pearl Mira Red & Glass Sparkle Black dual tone, Metallic Triton Blue & Glass Sparkle Black dual tone and Glass Sparkle Black single tone.
Older rear disc variant was available in Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Mirage White, Candy Sonoma Red/Glass Sparkle Black and Lush Green/Glass Sparkle Black dual tone colours and there was no single tone colour on offer.

2017 Gixxer Rear Drum variant
Suzuki has slashed all the dual tone colour options from this variant and it is now offered only in the single tone Glass Sparkle Black colour. Previous model was available in as many as four colours – 2 single tone and 2 dual tone.

The new 2017 Gixxer SF gets new graphics and new colour combinations.
Gixxer SF Carb is now available in three new colour themes – Metallic Triton Blue, Glass Sparkle black/Metallic Mat Black and Pearl Mira Red. Older version was offered in Metallic Triton Blue, Glass Sparkle Black/Metallic Fibroin Grey and Pearl Mira Red/Mat Black colours.
