2 Highly-Anticipated Big Adventure Bikes Debut Confirmed at EICMA 2026

Multiple highly-anticipated big adventure bikes will debut at the EICMA 2026, which is scheduled to be held between Nov 5-8, in Italy

The adventure motorcycle segment has been witnessing rapid rise in sales volumes in the Indian market. The majority of the buyers have drifted towards them from regular roadster and cruiser models due to their ability of tackling varied terrains. In addition, the ADV motorcycles provide utmost comfort during long journeys while swallowing a lot of luggage. This has propelled several mainstream brands to introduce new models with big engines in this segment, which we will see debuting at the EICMA 2026 in Italy.

1. Royal Enfield Himalayan 750

The Himalayan 750 will have its highly anticipated world premiere at the EICMA 2026 in Nov in Italy. The same was confirmed by Royal Enfield CEO B Govindarajan on the sidelines of EICMA 2025 when the pre-production prototype of the adventure bike was showcased. The upcoming twin-cylinder adventure motorcycle has been captured on camera multiple times during its test runs on the Indian roads ahead of the official launch.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 will also be rolled out with adjustable suspension setup as USD front forks and monoshock rear absorbers. A few other notable styling elements expected onboard the adventure bike could be 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels, rear luggage rack, round LED headlamp, knuckle guards, upswept exhaust and front windscreen. It will debut with a new 750cc parallel-twin engine which could develop power around 55-60 bhp.

Some of the confirmed features in the ADV bike will be tubeless tyres, traction control, cruise control, ride modes, dual-channel ABS, round TFT instrument cluster with Tripper navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, call/SMS alerts and map mirroring. Most recently, the production-ready model of the adventure bike was captured on camera near the brand’s Technology Centre in Leicestershire, UK.

2. Hero Xpulse 421

Hero Xpulse 421 was recently spotted testing for the first time in Ladakh. It will be using a steel trellis frame which will be suspended by USD front forks with long-travel and rear monoshock absorber. The adventure bike is expected to ride on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels which will be fitted with dual-purpose tyres.

Hero Xpulse 421 was first teased at the EICMA 2024 and then it disappeared into the thin air like a phantom for nearly two years. Now, with the recent sightings of the test mules in Ladakh, we believe that the project has took off once again and we might see the first glimpse of Hero’s biggest ADV bike till date at the EICMA 2026. It is all set to debut a brand spanking new liquid-cooled engine.
