One of my frined have this bike in UK, he told me that’s bike age is only 2-3 years, after that this is unused bike need lot of replacement in spareparts n servicing..

i ve an R 15 black n i m very happy about its performance except that its console could ve been more exotic
the ride otherwise is awesome
a split seat would ve been a welcome

Ya Vibhu u are absolutely correct. No one comes close to Yamaha in terms of handling & performance..
YAMAHA RULED THE ROOST & STILL CONTINUES TO DO SO….

this s wat happens wen evry1 s allowed 2 gv hs opinion.whoever ws critisizin r15 for its handling must b a dumb ass.he must hav never ridden a tricycle forget abt r15.y do u guys open ur mouth if u dnt knw anythn abt bikes?do u think dat all the automobile experts in india are morons.go through any mag. whether its bike advice,bike india,autocar,overdrive,all of them unanimously rated r15 as best handlin bike in india.i m a proud owner of a r15 ,a rx100 and i hv ridden almost all bikes available in india excluding superbikes(r1,hayabusa),no1 cms close 2 yamaha in terms of handlin & performance.if u dnt believe ask ur father or sm1 elder in family who must hv ridden a rx100,rd350 u ll gt enlightment.gt over pulsarmania , gt a life.

Nice review. The r15 is costly but ut does justify its cost. Its full of technology to the brim. Above all its a Yamaha, we all know what Yamaha is. They have ruled MOTO GP for the last 10 years

Hi Anil,
The sad news is that, R125 will not be released ni India. the reason is that it will be a competetion for R15 itself. its an european style model, which abids few rules and regulation to sell that bike in india. And ya as far as i know the bike (r125) is said to cost 1lakh and not 2 lakh.:)
