My steed – HMC Karizma ZMR
Mileage (City) – ~42 kmpl
Mileage (Highway) – ~50 kmpl

Note – This mileage figure was achieved by maintaining 55-65 kmph on the highway (sub 4K RPM in 5th gear) and 45-55 kmph in city (~3-3.5K RPM in 5th)

Hi,

I am using Discover 135CC Oct 2007 Model. It gives me an mileage of 58-62 in city (Bangalore) and in highways around 66 KMPL. Only me and my brother will be driving the bike.

i am having bajaj platina . i bought 5 years ago. as it was 100cc bike the speed was very low. i had to go fast so always i went rough driving and also fast. now it is giving a milege of 25 and i had to spend a lot of money for petrol. sir please give me the advice how to increse the milege

Hi I am Satyendra & staying in chennai North. I got a CBZ Xtreme bought in 2011 Jan. Initially I got nice fuel economy where I used to drive to max speed of 60 Kmph. I had touched 100 Kmph once. But now after completion of 1 year it is giving me a mileage of 35-40 only. Can any one help me out regarding a nice trusted bike mechanic in chennai North, where i can give the bike for servicing. I’m a fzs owner its just 1 month baby and i have modified my bike with a fire on the siliencer when i race my bike it give a flame on back. In city i get 28 and in highway i get 37. And i chase at the top speed of minimum 70 and maximum 110. And i have removed my mudguard and have put pulsar 135 ls mudguard so while the beind comers can see the huge tire of fzs so plz help me how can i improve my bike mileage to 40 to 50.

recently i bot appache 160 rtr hyper edge.
in town it is giving 40-45 and in highways it is giving 55. happy to say this and will follo all of ur tips to maintain the sam emillage.
