Was reading this thread, seen the last post is of April 19, 2011 at 12:50 pm, from there its over a year now, actually I am going to purchase a bike. My selection is (1) Honda Unicorn (2) Honda Dazzler (3) Honda Shine (4) Suzuki GS 150 R. My basic need will be as commuter (in City only). Read lot of stuff on net and on websites of the motorcycle company also. Blinker knock-down is a problem in Surat due to traffic problem originating from the infra projects going on; and up-to some extent less traffic sense, also because of riding in rush hours only. Only due to this blinker problem, I am hesitating on Unicorn, Dazzler or Shine, otherwise I made-up my mind on Unicorn or Dazzler or even Shine (I know that segment of Shine and Unicorn/Dazzler is different). While coming to blinker Suzuki gains wonderfully. Since I mean value for money, I don’t like to see the blinker knocked down, particularly of a new bike. I like to have Honda more; than Suzuki, on the other side Suzuki has a fantastic TAIL. By the way my height is 5.4″. Almost a year has passed in this confusion. PLEASE HELP ME TO COME TO THE DECISION. Thanks a lot in advance.

was going through ur answer ..
did u mean unicorn also vibrates at high speeds 70+ ?? coz m planning to buy either shine or unicorn but shine also giving vibration on 70+ speed as every one say.. so can i also buy shine if unicorn is also same on high speeds? coz i need average of 55+ in city..

Hey kumar maintain 25 psi in front and 32-33 psi in rear if you are riding without pillion most of the times. with pillion rear -35 psi will be the the optimum pressure.

i own a 2010 cb Unicorn. i have done about 9000 kms. i feel the rear mono suspension in my bike is too hard. mostly i ride the bike without pillion. i maintain the tyre air pressure as follows. front:25 Psi, rear: 35 Psi. what is the correct tyre air pressure i should maintain for my (cb Unicorn) bike? i need your help, please.

I’m about to get a new bike pls suggest which one i should go for whether suzuki GS,unicorn,apache, or pulsar, currently i’m using fiero f2 i,m about to change my bike so pls kindly me to get the best one and i’m interested in gs but i’m not sure about the decision bcoz suzuki gs is newly launched so request u too kindly share the performance and features of this bike which has been used by any of u all Thank u all

Really you are getting 65-67? i do not know i also own one 2009 unicorn it givles me 45 in bangalore. I need to know what steps do you follow to get this mileage? Where do you service, i service at haiku honda(my dealer) , everytime i tell them its giving low mileage please tune, but i never saw any good result? do you know what is the rpm level u have set? please reply

Hi,
At present i m having unicorn Honda,but last few months it gives me problem. Its corroborator parts is not available in service center. So now i fed up with this bike.
So now Pl any one can guide or suggest ABOUT the “SUZUKI GS150r”.
COST WISE IT LOW THEN OTHER BIKE & AVERAGE IS ALSO 50/55 KMPL. SO IT IS NICE BUT I heard THAT ITS PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN MKT AS WELL AS IT VERY COSTLY IN SERVICE CENTER.
SO PL SUGGEST ME WHETHER IT IS GOOD BIKE OR NOT…?
