Sales of Pulsar 135 Crosses 1 Lakh Mark

Bajaj seems to be in the news all the time. This time it’s the jubilant news for the company and its fans. As expected and anticipated, company’s smallest Pulsar and World’s first 4 Valve DTSi engine loaded Pulsar 135 LS has very recently crossed the 1 lakh mark.

When the bike was about to be launched many, including us, cribbed about the dilution of the Pulsar brand but everyone was unanimous with the step yielding huge dividends for Bajaj. We are not in a comfortable position to comment on how much the dilution has taken place but we are sure that this piece of news would definitely have the competitors on their toes.

Pulsar 135 LS received a spectacular response when it was launched and this piece of news had made sure that the sales rally is continuing hale and hearty while the competitors must be having a tough time gulping the bread down their throats. Bajaj has been actively promoting this bike skin deep and has left no stone unturned to make it a grand success. It was a matter of both prestige and business for Bajaj to try extra hard to leverage this product to sell in large numbers and all the hard work and investment seems to be paying big time. Pulsar 135, in no time, has become the largest selling Pulsar in the market overtaking the bigger sibling Pulsar 150 which enjoyed the cult status for more than 8 years on the trot.

With an extremely clever ploy chalked out for this fantastic bike, Bajaj ensured to keep the price extremely competitive at the same time providing plethora of techs and goodies that it lured every prospect to an actual customer which is reflecting in the milestone the bike has achieved. This bike is expected to play the most significant role in the revival of Bajaj in future.
