Pulsar 200NS Gets a New Black & White Dual-Color Shade!

When you set your eyes on the Pulsar 200 NS, the first few thing that strike you are the muscular lines flowing across the body with a daemon-like mass-y front! It looks upmarket and taut and comes with a lot of promise.

And it is no slouch when it comes to delivering that fun either. The liquid-cooled, four-stroke, short-stroke 199.5 cc engine of 200 NS delivers a healthy 23 bhp and 18.3 Nm to the riders’ right hand and it can do the standstill-to-100 km/h in around 10-11 seconds. The Km/liter is also respectable for this category of bikes and many owners have reported figures between 40-45 kmpl consistently. It is priced around a lakh INR and it does manage to justify the price tag it carries. Overall, it is the best package Bajaj has put together till date.

When introduced, the 200 NS was rolled out with four colors – red, blue, yellow and black. Naturally, the ‘Mustard Yellow’ was the popular choice among the buyers. Now, through a Facebook post, Bajaj has announced that it is coming out with a new dual color shade of Pulsar 200NS in black and white colour scheme. The banner reads loud and clear..

THE DEVIL HAS NO SHADES OF GREY.

The pic also showcases the bike in its new clothes and it does look…well…it’s not a bad effort. Interestingly, readers who have been with us must have got a hint of this coming pretty earlier when Bajaj launched their 200NS in Indonesia in June this year. The Indonesian version was a lot snazzier than the 200NS we get in India and came along with brighter dual tone colours as well as a few technical tweaks. Here is one specimen of the Indonesian Pulsar 200NS

The teaser shot also promises that the Pulsar in new colour will reach your nearest Bajaj showroom shortly and if you have a mind to buy the 200 NS, we suggest you wait and check it out. We checked Pulsar 200NS’ official site, however, there is no update on the new color yet. It continues listing the 4 default colors and while we are at it, we have learnt that Bajaj may discontinue the yellow color in Pulsar 200NS!

And for all of you who love fairings, the Pulsar 200SS is coming very soon. Get all its info and spyshots here.
