My mech has changed the stock single electrode spark with twin electrode spark. Now it got rid of perfomance problem and noise problem. now i enjoy a decent increase in pickup, acceleration and a mild 5km topend. I can't believe a spark plug can do such a thing. I am going to experiemnt with sporckets to increase pickup and acceleration. I checked the mileage today is under normal riding conditions its giving about 55kmpl. You can acive a 60 only if you can ride the bike under 40-50 only and its retarded. The headlight beam is only 50% effective, i forced to change the bulb to some whitish yellow bulb with same power now its 60% better. just in 11months its clocked 19000kms. Till now only changed two break shoes and spark. I changedthe rear tyre from ceat to mrf nylo grip, now it has better grip.

I advice people to choose your bikes according to your needs. Passion is not for mileage and perfomance and better suited for solo riding. Its overpriced and to near 125cc's. For mileage i recommend twister, cd-dawn or dulexe. I asked 12 pro owners and got the same info on mileage.

The guy named keshav singh below seems to be immature in his views and i cant believe what he says. Passion was my fathers idea, he doesn't really concerned about mileage but reliability. If i were given a second chance i would opt for SS125 or SZ150 or even shine NOT passion pro.

As you are confused between HH Passion Pro and Honda Shine. In my opinion, Passion Pro is good and better than Honda Shine in terms of Average, Look, Tyres and long Engine life, zero Maintenance. I have a Hero Honda Passion Pro from 3 and half months. My bike is giving an average of 68 to 70 kmpl in the Pune City. This city has the largest two-wheelers in India. It means tremendous volume of traffic in all parts of the city. Still this bike is giving a handsome average of 68 to 70 kmpl. Spare parts of any Hero Honda Passion Pro are cheaper in rate compare to Honda Shine. Honda Shine will never give an average of 70kmpl as its engine is 125cc. If your daily travelling on bike exceeds 100kms then go for bikes which has higher CC engine like 150CC or more. But this Passion Pro is giving me very good results. Smooth sound, Very good Average, Very good balancing because 3 X 18 MRF Tyres. In Honda Shine the tyres are 2.75 X 18 which will not give you comfortness in riding. Passion Pro is good for wet roads, Dusty roads, Clean Road and all type of road. The passion Pro bike never sleeps easily because of its broadness in Tyres.
