I use a vega helmet brought for 825/- in chennai. My friend brought a cheap helmet for 150/-. He just laughed at me as i am wasting money. the same way people buy cheap duplicate battery for their company cell phones for 100rs. They make fun of me for me buying original battery for 500/-. These kind of people disgust me.

I like to say don’t listen to this kind of people who behave like they are very cleverer then us. Company helmets are costly but they are durable. Don’t break easy when met with an accident. Buy helmates from good brands and wish you a safe riding.

I like your article. Many people go for cheap helmets and use it only to save fine from police. They never realize that it is for their safety. Even my pillion also uses full face helmet.
I use Vega Boolean which offers excellent protection but the only problem is that it’s heavy and painful in log ride. Can you suggest any lightweight and full face helmet that has all the features that Vega Boolean has?

just a thought… i think you should write about braindead and organ transplantation. your call. and if you have already did, apologies.
further suggestions would be to write about ISI and imports and difference for starters with samples like arai, cross, agv and say vega. pics included…

Some 4 months back I met with an accident in which i was thrown off from the bike.,., my legs, hands & my back got badly injured & it took 3 months to recover fully.,., but my head and face didn’t had not even a single scratch which is bcos of the HELMET only.,., Thanks to the WEGA helmet.,.,

I always wear a helmet while riding.I have a red and black Ninja studds helmet which can be used as a full face and a half one too.I think pillion riders should wear a helmet too.Once my friend was driving and I was sitting behind,it was late at night and there was a junction ahead,To our great horror a pulsar rammed the activa at nearly 60-70km/hr from the side,the pillion rider sitting on the pulsar flew and was thrown on the road,as my friend was driving at 30km/hr we escaped with minor injuries!
