I completely agree with the author of this article. HH or Hero Moto’s ZMR was a disaster. I had one but sold it in 5 months. The bike’s ergonomics were not upto the mark and it was unnecessarily bulky. The engine wailed in pain at 110 kmph, the max I could manage was 117 kmph on the Mumbai-Nashik highway. The Karizma R was way better. The P220 is a performance biased bike, excellent aerodynamics, features and tyres. The R15 is a fantastic machine, but I am kinda disappointed with the R15 V2 which seriously lacks comfort for city roads. After riding a Bullet since 2 years, don’t think I want to touch a ZMR or any other product from Hero Moto ever.

i liked ur article…… am a big pulsar lover… my friend choose a zmr 4 him…. but dat bikke producing a vibration from the engine side….so he can’t go with a high speed… its a new bike.. we go to the showroom for detail checkup….but they cant find wts the complaint…. we dont knw wt to do… if u hve some idea pls share wit us….thnx…

Hi this is a nice article and looks like ZMR is an excellent bike. When a choice is made between R15 or ZMR I will definitely go for ZMR

hi all zmr owners….i have a doubt in my mind,want to clarify.pls help
my zmr has ridden 608kms n first servicing is done..when i exceed speed above 55kmph it vibrates like a hell..is it normal???pls suggest.

ya dude.. Am agree with u.. Zmr is really suoerb bike for indian roads.. R15 is not good for med size guys.. Its tiny bicycle he he.. Zmr beating all above.. Its definately above all.. No need to compare with p220 and r15..

lol u yourself say u need 20k for those mods excluding pgmfi and better quality of herohonda !! now doesnt it prove its cost??
any day zmr is a more practical and a better bike than p220.
lol rtr is not evven close to zmr are u guys out of your mind to compare those bikes??
its like comparing nano to skoda laura!!

It is really a shameful work of HH, Why they dont seen Honda CBR before doing the initial making of ZMR, I am a proud owner of Karizma R and from the first day I ssen ZMR live and tested it on the road I quit the plan to buy it, I am very much interested in New Karizma R 2011, just because of it White Colour, but dont know when it will be available in Lucknow, can you help me Deepak, Showroom Person are illeterate about this new Karizma R
