Ducati India Imports Several Units of XDiavel, Hypermotard 939 and Hyperstrada 939

Ducati, the name itself sets one’s pulses racing. The Italian bike maker made a comeback to the Indian market recently and since then it has been busy boosting its range. While just yesterday they launched the Multistrada 1200 Enduro, they seem to be getting ready for more. A quick search on Zauba revealed that they have three models coming up from their last year’s EICMA unveilings.

These include the XDiavel, Hypermotard 939 and Hyperstrada 939. The XDiavel is their new sports cruiser which combines the beauty of the Diavel series in black and a belt drive. The numbers 5,000, 60 and 40 are pretty important for the XDiavel. 5,000 rpm mark is where the bike attains its peak torque of 128.9 Nm. 60 is the number of configurations available to suit the rider, this includes. While the numeral 40 denotes the 40 degree lean angle it can pull off!

The Hypermotard series, which uses the old 821 cc mills are to be updated with Hypermotard 939 and Hyperstrada 939. This new Euro 4 compliant 937 cc Testastretta mill churns out 111.35 bhp of maximum power at 9,000 rpm and 97.9 Nm of peak torque at 7,500 rpm. Both of these are loaded with the latest tech wizardry and will be a great offering to keep an eye on.
