On October 10th I announced a bike review contest and declared that the winner would get a model of Yamaha R1. The response was overwhelming and many people sent me passionate reviews of their bikes.
The winner for this contest is Vineeth for his amazing review on his Yamaha FZ16. He won because his article was the longest one – a whooping 2500 words, had good photos and most importantly had a very good response from the readers. Today morning I got this email from him:
Received the R1 yesterday afternoon. The bike sure looks fabulous and is very different from the pictures. I spent the evening “riding” it. – Vineeth
He also sent me some pictures of his prized R1 with his Yamaha FZ16.
Guess what! There is going to be another similar contest soon and the prize will be a different bike model! Stay tuned to BikeAdvice.
I also thank all the other participants who sent me reviews. Even if you did not win this bike model, your passionate reviews told me that you had won your dream bike for real! And you also helped others make a good buying decision! Cheers
