Dear friends,the new discover 100 has many bad features when compared to old one(discover 100 dts-si). I bought this bike on july 2011. It is giving average of only 46-55km per litre. Tank capacity is only 8 litres but reserve is 2.3litres.overall quality has been reduced. I personaly dont recommend this bike…

Hi guys i am using this bike for the past 1.3/4 yrs. its peformance seems to be good. I got mileage around 75KMPL in city condition and upto 85 in highways. The main disadvantages i faced in my bike was body vibration and tight clutch in traffic conditions. If anybody has these problem watch ur silencer it get more vibrated when you transferring up ur gear systems.
Also in the morning 1st start a sound comes from the gear box like it was broken. Pickup is only average. But rest of it this is a good bike..with mileage and style..
My rate is 3star out of 5.
can anyone tell me how to reduce the Engine vibration.?????

i want good mileage and resale value ….
please tell me …
my frnds suggest me to buy a splender plus or bajaj discover 100cc
is that bikes are comfortable to ride ?
i am a student …
and i am from poor family tell me the right bike to buy
i liked pulsar bcoz it is very comfortable to ride and to look
but it gives less mileage and no resale value and the cost of bike also very high…..

hi using this bike sine 1 year. Its a overall good bike, getting 70-75 kmpl.
ride quality is good.
some improvements can be done though. would recommend for sure.

Hi this is great in design. But some disadvantages are….

1. Low Engine Power
2. Thin rear tyre

Hi all

I got this bike on may 15 2010..
As my experience for one year i am sharing my openion..

If u think for mileage it gives good around 70 for single ride and 65 with pilion..
But the stability of this bike is too poor..All weight you feel on the handle bar..U can’t just ride it as u want..

Braking is one more big disadvantage..Really bad breaking ..

U know three times this bike slipped without any reason.

Guys please don’t buy this bike.It gives you lots of problems with Engine performance.

Above 60 it will starts vibration and engine got too stressed.
If u ride it above 70 for 6 ord 7 km engine become overheated and shuts off.

I don’t know why Bajaj made this bike with thw name ”Discover”.Really shame for old Discover 135..

Please don’t buy this one..:((
