TVS still looks to be far from ready to showcase any new Apache, neither the updated 160/180 nor the rumored 250 (forget launching) but they want your girlfriends to buy another Scooty from their stables. As per the plan, TVS has launched the Scooty Zest, eldest sibling in the family.
TVS first showcased the 110cc Zest at the Auto Expo and it seemed to be a very decent offering. Powering the scooter is the new 110cc mill (the same motor from Wego and Jupiter), which produces 8PS of power and 8.8Nm of torque. The Scooty Zest weighs just 97 kilos, making it one of the lightest in the segment. This will surely give it the advantage of better power to weight ratio. TVS in fact even claims it to be the fastest in the segment.

Scooty Zest Price:
Aiming at women in the age group of 18-25, the Scooty Zest has been priced at Rs 42,300 ex-showroom, Delhi. This new Scooty will be sold along with the existing Scooty Pep+ and Scooty Streak. The company aims to sell 10,000 units of the Zest in the first two months.
